U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Case No. 08-4340

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals just affirmed the lower Court.  What this means is that the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit upheld Judge Surrick’s ruling.  We are appealing to the U.S.  Supreme Court.
