Also if you should get a hearing en banc, it will most likely occur sometime after the November elections. I suggest that you canvass the remaining and incoming class of Senators (in particular DeMint and Sessions) and House members to see if any would like to enter a amicus brief supporting your position. A Senator or Congressman who enters you case and states on the record that he has grave doubts about Obama’s authenticity would have a tremendous impact upon the Circuit and most certainly on the Supremes. Say which Justice will be handling appeals from the D.C. Circuit in the comming term?

Where is the most recent decision of the U.S. Circuit Court for DC in this matter and your motion for a re-hearing en banc?

Shouldn’t Justice Kagan and Sotomayer recluse themselves from any discussion on your motion for cert before SCOTUS?

If so, is it permissible to ask for that they recluse themselves in the moving papers? I would think so, since their appointment was made by BHO and if he found to be inelligible to be POTUS then they’re appointment by him of them to SCOTUS would be null and void?

If one state could pass a law that required proof that the person was qualified to get there name on the ballot Obama would not run for a second term.

Question to ask yourself is.. How do you even know the person claiming to be Barack Obama actually is truly him? He could be Barry Smith or anyother darn person for all we know.. The birth record Obama provided doesn’t have any information on it… It can easily be forged.. I’d like to see the records where he mothers finger print is place on the document..The doctors name and so forth.. Be pretty darn hard to fake a finger print since his mothers are on record… But you can easily fake a document with shows no real information..

No the case is NOT before the US Supreme Court. The case is pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Briefs are filed, we are just awaiting a decision or a date for oral argument.

I have heard that this case is before the Supreme Court! Is this true, and if so, what is the docket number? A person would think that a case such as this would be “newsworthy”, but I shouldn’t expect this to be publicized in mainstream media.
