Thank you for listing all the crimes. I started a similiar list last year before the election. Mine asked e-mail recipients to do a google search with “Obama + one of 75 other names or events” into that engine. Any one story should have disqualified he from becoming the president of the United States. Two of the top documented facts on video and print was the verbal discourse between job applicant and a “worker bee”. Where in the Constitution is it the role of government to redistribute my hard earned money?
The second and even more important was a non Teleprompter moment at Saddleback Church in Orange County California before the election. To wit: “…saying when life begins is above my pay grade.” No wonder it took so long to find the “First Dog”. He cannot make a decision. Jumps to conclusions before he has all the facts. And when given the facts like the war on terror in Afganistan still cannot make a decision, but prefers to be a globetrotter apologising for the last sixty or seventy years.

I had hoped that you would at least gotten to a discovery stage but none of the Federal Judges are going to rule they have subject matter jurisdiction. I agree with you that if a citizen does not have the right to make a candidate prove he is a natural born citizen then who does, but as they say you can’t fight city hall.
The U.S. courts have ruled in other cases that neither you nor I have the right to question if Obama is a natural born citizen. I don’t agree with that. That is unbelievable but the Federal courts are not going to allow you a day in court nor will they let you get to a discovery position unless you can show them you have Article III jurisdiction. Too bad I am not a federal judge. I would at least allow discovery then you would have your fraud. Right now they are saying all this is speculative and it is, but when someone spends the kind of money Obama has spent and will not reveal his past and has sealed all the evidence of his prior existence the old saying applies, “Where there is smoke there is fire” I think our only bet is to beat him in 2010 in the elections by getting ride of the democrat majority and then defeat him in the reelection. Then he won’t be president and some court may allow you jurisdiction and let you get into the discovery. You will then find his fraud. I did not practice in Federal Court but I am wondering why you didn’t try to get into federal court on a Constitutional issue rather than a subject matter jurisdiction?
Keep at it. All you need to do is get to a discovery disposition.
I also know nothing about Freedom of Information Act and the lawyer in California tried that but did not follow the proper procedure and I don’t know who has the right to file under that
act. I would bet you have already considered that. I wish you
well. I have little doubt that Obama is hiding something.

Yes we have made Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. The one thing we all have learned from this, is it is definitely time to change the laws to ensure there are safe guards in place for all elections, not just for the Presidency.
Another one of the presidential candidates for the Nov. 2008 election, I forget his name right off the bat, but he was not a “natural born” United States citizen either and his vice presidency pick running with hiim was not of age as well as other problems with his candidacy, although he was knocked off the ballot in most of the States, he was permitted on the ballot in approximately seven (7) states.
All of this leads to one thing, Laws to be put in place to ensure all candidates for all elections are in fact constitutionally eligible to run for and serve the office they are running for.
It would be much easier for all and it would put a lot of minds to rest if Soetoro/Obama would just prove his legal name and citizenship status.
I appreciate the reply to my questions. I would certainly not ask anyone to violate confidences. You told me the Canadian birth certificate came by email from someone. I’m still interested in the story behind how Phil Berg came to have the Shuhubia affidavit.
Of course Anabaptists Bishop Ron McRae conducted the phone call from the United States, and his real name is on the court documents. The “interviewer” in Africa is called by McRae “Brother Tom” on the tape and the “translator” is described as Mr. Ogombe and as you say, an Obama grandson was there.
So where was the person named “Kweli Shuhubia”? Is this “Brother Tom” or was there a fourth person present who did not speak?
Let me be clear that I have never said, nor do I believe, that Phil has ever tried to intentionally hoax anyone.

The person on the phone in Africa in Ms. Obama’s home handling the interview translation was the same person you heard on the tape and the same person you heard Bishop McRae speak to. For here we will refer to him as Kweli Shuhubia, and no there was not a fourth person.
I have seen youtube video’s supposedly of interviews with Sarah Obama, those are not ours and we know nothing about them. We did have them translated and what the English highlights claim Ms. Obama is saying is NOT accurate.
Dr. Conspiracy, I am limited as to what I can say regarding the interview, only for the sake of people’s lives have been placed in danger. If you recall, after the interview in Oct. 2008, the next day or two, Ms. Sarah Obama was placed under heavy police surveillance in her village and no one could get to her.

It looks like some sabatogue is going on. I tried to read #15 “Judge Surrick Ruling” in Berg v Obama, et al and was not able to get there. All I got was pro-Obama garbage and “Page cannot be found” Can someone look into this. I still want to keep up with the most current developments.

Which case? Berg v. Obama, et al, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of PA and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Mr. Berg has reviewed the decision from the Third Circuit and based on the previous ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court he felt it would be futile. Mr. Berg felt it was much more important to concentrate on the Berg as Relator v. Obama case as it has a much stronger likelihood of succeeding.
Man, I JUST read every single document on this case. Glimpsing this last post I see that Berg is going to concentrate on the “Berg as Relator vs. Obama”………….Well,I am not asking for legal explanations,but good God, how long does Surrick need to make a ruling? Probably being strong armed….
