The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.

Very well put and I agree whole heartedly, although I would be so happy to see SOB leave or resign immediately.
I would love to see that S.O.B. leave office as soon as possible but, in disgrace. Mr. Berg has trouble with the courts due to his issues of standing. I believe it’s because it’s a civil matter. Obama must be twisting in the win due to the former governor of Illinois what he might say. It could be another Nixon issue again! the other is Lieut. Col. Lakin. Mr. Lakin is being court-martialed and is a criminal affair. As a criminal act, he has standing and therefore he will also have discovery. With discovery, subpoenas will fly into the White House. It will be a very interesting summer, hopefully a very hot hot hot one for him.

Actually you are incorrect, Lakin does not have standing to question Soetoro/Obama’s credentials. Soetoro/Obama did not sign the orders. Just like in corporations, those in the military who hold higher positions have authority to sign Orders pertaining to certain things, for instance, changing barracks. It would be different if Soetoro/Obama signed a direct Order to Lakin telling him to push the button that would destroy Iran or another Country. Then, Lakin would have standing as the Order came directly from Soetoro/Obama and the Order was seeking Lakin to commission a crime.
In addition, Lakin cannot subpoena records which are over 100 miles away where there is no one who can act as custodian of records over the actual documents that is within the 100 mile radius to come and testify to the documents. Without testimony as to the creation and storage of the documents sought, they are nothing more than hearsay and not allowed.
Unfortunately for Lakin, the Military Court has already denied his requests because the records of Soetoro/Obama do not go to the issues before the Court, which is Lakins refusal to abide by the lawful Orders given by other military personnel who was fully authorized to issue said Orders.
Paralegal, I question your first statement vigorously. First of all, if you have the misfortune of having a general court-martial I believe you have the right to question all unlawful orders and the authority that gives that order, which in the military orders are given via a chain of command. The top of the command is the president! Mr. Lakin was refused discovery via the article 38 motion. I believe this is a precursor to a general court-martial. At a general court-martial, the defendant has a right to question all evidence and the power to subpoena that is deemed necessary. We have different opinions on this issue. If you can prove to me different, I would appreciate you putting in writing or have reference materials available and site what website I can read these statements. Ultimately, if the prosecutor in a general court-martial refuses all pertinent information, I believe the defendant has a right to redress his quarries all way to the US Supreme Court. They have the last say in this. Other issues, the former governor of Illinois. We’ll see what happens!

Military Courts are not far different from our Article III Courts, which the same would hold true regarding discovery. I sent you, by separate email, the ruling regarding Lakin from the discovery request which outlines why it was denied. Hope it helps.
Paralegal please advise if Jan Brewer and the State of Arizona be afforded discovery should Arizona pursue their defense on grounds of an ineligible Commander-in-Chief in the war against terrorism.

I would have to read the case. But, without reading the suit, if Obama is a Plaintiff on behalf of the U.S., then I would say YES, AZ would definitely have standing to ask proof of Obama’s qualifications to act as President and sue the state of AZ. However, if Obama’s name is not listed, and Holder filed it under the U.S. as the Plaintiff and no mention of Obama being a Plaintiff, then NO, AZ would not have any type of standing to ask for Obama’s credentials.

I believe a great way to start helping this country, against all the misinformation, is for us to SCREAM a those calling us a democracy. EVERY TIME WE HEAR IT, NO MATTER WHO IT IS. We are a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. A democracy has been described to be very similar to two wolves and a chicken voting on what’s for dinner, or better yet, gang rape.
The media keeps referring to ‘our democracy’ and must be corrected at every opportunity, including letters to the editor demanding they stop bastardizing our foundation.
The phrase “Make the world safe for democracy” makes me sick. Democracy is not safe for the world! Like Obama, Hitler was voted in under the same Lenin phrases he spoke. Always asking for more government power to fix the problem, when it was government meddling that is causing so many of our problems.
If The Democrats (which are trying to overthrow our government (treason) by the definition of their party name, keep saying they are for the little guy, and the Republicans are for big business, then why did all the bailout money go to big businesses, while they raise the taxes (costs) to the little guy, and kill off so many small businesses. I say that this is additional proof that the dumbing-down of Americans is a resounding success. I was first convinced when I saw the election results come in. But I digress.

The school system, brought under Federal control, in the guise of redistributing resources, has required for receipt of those resources (funds), for all the schools to change their agenda, or go pennyless. Elena Kagan/Barry Soetero: Two Despicable Peas in a Pod!
Just when you thought there couldn’t be any more players in the ongoing soap opera over the hunt for President Obama’s original birth certificate and his constitutional eligibility for office, there comes yet another name: Elena Kagan.
Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.
Here’s the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.
In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.
A simple search of the high court’s own website reveals Kagan’s name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.

The fact Kagan handled these cases and is now Obama’s first choice for the high court is raising some eyebrows.

I agree that it is the mindset of the people that put him in that is the problem. Even if Obama had been put in by a conpiracy of people in another country such as the muslims, he could not have gotten in had we not let him in. I file many comments on blogs having to do with things involving Obama such as Arizona’s border war, the mosque, Kagan, Sotomeyer, Healthcare, and I see thousands of comments against Obama but I believe that all that they are doing is just blogging and not writing congress persons, not boycotting products from China, not forming committees and really not looking into a revolution because Obama has Holder to protect him. We should have done something during Healthcare and Sotomeyer should never have been. We can’t wait til November or 2012. I also don’t believe that there are enough voting to place enough Republicans in office to control congress and there is the amnesty voting issue and the 3 states, New Mexico, Utah and Washington that has been allowing illegals to have drivers license without proof of citizenship and residency and they can use the drivers license to obtain a social security card and that can get them a voters card and with Acorns help they can vote Obama back in and he can change the laws and become permanent. Believe me.
