* The United States Constitution mandates the President of the United States must be a United States “natural born” Citizen – Article II, Section I;
* Obama was born in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya, Africa;
* Obama is an Indonesian Citizen as he was adopted/acknowledged by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian Citizen;
* Obama’s legal name is Barry Soetoro; and
* The Healthcare bill (ObamaCare) signed into Law by Obama on March 23, 2010 is unconstitutional and voidable since he is “Constitutionally ineligible” to serve as President of the United States.

All individuals participating are requested to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate.

How about adding “Support LTC Terry Lakin in his courts martial fight against Obama’s illegal status”
On you tube there was a guy arguing that Obama released his birth certificate and opened his College Record. My reply was I asked about his transcripts from Occidental College, because he left Columbia Univ.(Obama called it a racist school), and then to Harvard. The guy never replied!!! Good luck Harry Riley, and to the team meeting in DC, because I truly believe he is an ILLEGAL PRESIDENT.

Atty. Berg, Oh how I wish the American people would wake up and realize what a phony & fraud we have in the White House. I pray that he doesn’t get reelected. It appears to me that the American people have their heads buried in the sand. This empty suit is such a smooth talker, etc., it just gags me. 2016 Obama’s America is soon to be released and I hope all Americans see it. I went & saw it and it was quite scary to say the least. Thank you for all you have done in this terrible situation and I hope that, in the end Romney will win the White House.

The other part of being eligible to be president, both birth parents of the child born in the United States have to be citizens of the United States. When did his birth father become a U.S. citizen? I pray for the success of your rally and your suit against him. Most of the damage he has caused can be removed, and out Nation can heal.
Obama’s father, or at least the man whose name is on Obama’s short-form BC and whom Obama claims as his father, never was or became a U.S. Citizen in any way, shape or form.

How about an update confirming the date, time and place of the rally, an estimate of how many participants you are expecting, what posters/signs/handouts will be available, etc. etc.

I was unable to attend the 10/23 Rally, but I watched the video releases, Parts 1 thru 4. I was unable to access Parts 5 and 6. What was the status of the Cases pending? The only one that I seen mentioned was the formerly sealed case using the Medicare Fraud charges, and that one is before the Supreme Court. Are the other cases over or are they also pending?
What is the plan of action, if all cases are dimissed? I am very disappointed in our Judicial System. I am afraid that it will be 100 years before the truth will finally come out, like with Chester A. Arthur’s eligibility. And then no one will really care.
I think we will need to petition the New Congress to pass the bill requiring that Presidential Candidates prove their eligibility to hold Office under the requirements of the US Constitution. That may be the only way to stop this imposter in 2012!

You would be a lot better off, if you would just show the laws, that are on the side of your argument, as your “natural born” claim, dose not necessarily stand, as a sole argument..
The law would require, more than this, I mean his mother is a United States Citizen, as you accept without argument.. Even if the child were born “Abroad” he would still be considered “natural born” Is it your claim, that our military men/woman, that have children born in say Germany would not be recognized as natural born? I am a very open neutral individual on the argument..
I think you should writ a very clear brake down, of the law you clam bar his citizenship with a natural born mother, and being born “natural born” I don’t really see where your Adoption claim fits in with the term “natural born”.. Were talking born not lived.
I suspect you know, a lot more than me on the issue, but I have glanced over, many records, and articles on the issue.. I have a basic understanding of basic law, all I am saying is show the law and slates that that nullified his citizenship, which he clearly would have had at birth.
Something in side my gut tells me, the secrecy on this issue, stems from something you repeatably mention, foreign financial Aid fraud,now if you went through all this trouble, to expose a guy might have played with some documentation, to obtain funding to feather education/better himself, and clearly did that, with the obtained money.. Well I would say you are one sick puppy.
