Notice that this Birth Certificate was allegedly signed by Obama’s Grandmother, Madlyn Payne Dunham and the box is checked as other, meaning someone other than the parent signed his Birth Certificate. Does that mean Stanley Ann Dunham was not in the United States at the time of registration of Obama Jr’s birth? Did they deliver Obama Jr to his Grandmother to raise and did Stanley Ann abandon her own son immediately after birth. Is this what Obama is hiding from, a mothers rejection? Just trying to understand the possibilities. In any case it is clear that if this is Obama’s true Birth Certificate, then Stanley Ann Dunham was not available to sign Obama Jr’s BC

The problem with this “new” birth certificate is that it’s well….NEW.
It lists his birthday as August 4, 1961, then list his fathers native country as Kenya. The problem with that is Kenya didn’t exist until 1963, it was British East Africa or East Africa Protectorate until then. It also lists the hospital of his birth as Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, which didn’t exist until 1978. Prior to that time it was Kauaikeolani Children’s Hospital. It’s is also dated April 25, 2011 with Dr. Alvin T. Onaka signing to the stamp of ” I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii Department of State Health”. Being an abstract does not mean it real or official, it means it matches what is in the electronic system, which would have been put in some time after 1978 because of the hospital name, and as recently as April 25, 2011 because of the date, or any time in between.
i wouldn’t make too much about the country name on colb. the colb is an american document using information supplied by informants who informally called the country by its colloquial name.
the hospital name issue is more substantive and would suggest that the document may have been produced after 1978 which raises a few questions in its own right – i.e. why was the document produced then?
As much as I want to believe this is the real birth certificate for the Communist-in-chief, I think it may be another hoax.
Madelyn’s name is misspelled, and does not appear to match her signature.

A few other observations – if you zoom in on the form, you can also see evidence of the checkboxes being whited out next to “parent” and “MD” signature lines — missing the dotted/pixelated background; the street address is misspelled as well (should be Kalanianaole), although that might be an innocent typo!

I guess nobody cares that the law cited at the bottom didnt exist until 1982. You couldn’t register and out of state birth in this manner in 1961. The law actually has 1982 at the end of it, as all laws do, when cited correctly, but the forger conveniently cut that information out. I makes us look bad when we push crap like this. You undermine our credibility.

For you legal neophytes out there, the date at the end of a statute is the date that the statue was last modified. The online version does not provide a legislative history of this or any other statute. Only the Hawaiian statute books themselves would. So, if you want to know when a statute was created, the printed book would have to be consulted.
When debating with mediamatter types the one topic that stands out above all others is the Natural Born definition. They start diverting, mistating, misleading or outright lying about definitions and origins. They do not like this subject so that is where we need to focus.

Finally, I have posted everywhere I could find that he does not qualify as a natural citizen. US Supreme Court defined in Dec 2011 that both parents had to be US citizens to qualify for president. He should not be able to run again. I had one week of relief and then heard yes he was running again. This is bigger than we realize. From my research, which has gotten under my skin, he could not possibly buy everyone off. No way they are all crooks so what other methods would make people bend to your will? Yep, he has powerful groups backing him that have muscle. We must get him out! He is the enemy and wants to destroy our country from within and doing a great job so far. I have never been so disappointed in my fellow countrymen. The sense of entitlement so many have now is sickening. Follow blindly if think will get free healthcare.
