    Thank you for the article. I love the statements made from the ex I.C.E. employee. We have posted this article with thanks to you. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. :-)

    As for the Grand Jury Indictments…Unfortunately, these “private” type Grand Juries can submit the charges to the Court, if all criteria has been met and followed. However, once filed, they will be dismissed. Only the U.S. Attorney General; State Attorney Generals; State Attorneys and/or County District Attorney’s can bring forth and litigate criminal charges against individuals. When it comes to the person occupying the Whitehouse, it is Federal and therefore, the U.S. Attorney General or an Attorney from the U.S. Dept. of Justice can criminally prosecute him (Soetoro/Obama).

    That is why the American Grand Jury in D.C. did not go forward and the same in TN.

    In addition, the burden of proof rests on the prosecutor and is much higher in a criminal case than it is in a civil case. Circumstantial evidence alone will be very difficult if not impossible.

    Dear Paralegal,

    Would mr Berg be inclined to help this man? I think he has a case that they are refusing to rule on. I fear something may happen to this gentleman and ex-serviceman, should he not be fully protected by a competent legal advisory team.

    Perhaps, speaking with him about his case, might help both parties gain some publicity and success?

      Dear sir,

      I too, believe that it does not matter if Obama was born on the moon, or in yellowstone park.

      However, The strategy of the Berg legal case assumes the fact that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii.

      They seek to eliminate ANY citizenship right that Obama may or may not have to the USA, via a KENYAN birth, and an INDINESIAN citizenship via the Soetoro adoption.

      This is why, the 14th amendment is irrelevent to their case.

      The O-dingabama supporters however, maintain that because he has a Hawaiian COLB, he is a CITIZEN, and a NATURAL BORN one at that. They do this citing the 14th amendment.

      But as you, and I, both know, sons of foreign diplomats can NOT be natural born citizens, nor can a man who has been born a dual citizen at birth. It is logically, impossible, without theft of citizenship occurring.

      Furthermore, even if a citizenship expired, it can not be denied or struck from the record, as the O-bats would have us believe. You can NOT change history, facts, or the outcome of the combined, and the fact that history states for all to see that Obama was born a dual english/american citizen can never be unwritten.

      The berg team, even though their case operates on a seperate set of facts and issues, still wish to come to the same conclusion the other cases wish to come to, ie, the decalssification of Obama’s historical record so that his true heriatage may be examined.

      If he IS a natural born citizen, and can prove it beyond reasonable doubt, then he should just do so already, and unite the country. This one issue, could see him rescue some of his dwindling support, and some may even give him the benefit of the doubt when it comes to giving socialism a try…….. thats another debate though.

      The thing is, it is better to bring other cases and facts to the attention of the berg team, than it is to criticise them for their efforts. it may just be the information they are looking for!

      The important thing here, is to know which laws apply to what case and why. I support ALL the cases, no matter if the legal teams agree with eachother. They are ALL professionals looking for the hole in Obama’s defences. I think they have found it………but, at least this way, the O-bats don’t know which way they are going to be hit from!

      Wouldn’t you agree?
