When the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) made the announcement this week that it has declared carbon dioxide (CO2) and five other gases as “a danger to human health,” it fired the most lethal salvo yet into what little sovereignty remains of our constitutional republic. With her so-called “endangerment finding” declaration, EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson made clear that this declaration will lead to new regulations under the Clean Air Act to govern emission standards for cars, power plants, crude-oil refineries, chemical plants and all other “environmental suspects” in the economic engine that drives the U.S. economy. It appears that the act of exhaling when breathing will now become regulated.
In making this announcement on the same day in which the United Nations climate change conference began in Copenhagen, Denmark, Jackson was making it clear that when Obama attends the last day of the conference, he will be able to unilaterally commit the United States to a binding, international treaty that will begin the process of ceding our national sovereignty to a body of UN bureaucrats. It is designed to make Obama look like “the savior” since the coming EPA regulations will practically force the US into signing a “Cap-and-Trade” bill to lower its carbon footprint to such a low target that will make U.S. economic growth virtually unsustainable.
In light of the recent ClimateGate revelations, in which some 3,500 emails from the Climate Change Unit (CCU) at Britain’s University of East Anglia revealed the extent to which man-made global warming backers went to illegally skew real climate data in order to cover and hide the truth, the EPA should not be making this announcement, let alone hinting at further regulation. Because “man-made” climate change is not real, and every delegate at the UN conference knows it, the EPA’s actions are a means to hurry a final agreement before the masses really discover just how they have been lied to about the “urgency” of “global warming.”
It is an absolute scandal that the head of the UN panel of climate scientists have decided to attack the entire ClimateGate affair as nothing more than a way to undermine the credibility of the organization. Despite the fact that they were caught red-handed from the content in these emails, these hypocrites choose instead to lash out at those who exposed the fraud rather than try to come clean on what really is going on. The emails are directly from “respected” climate scientists, who, in their own words, exchanged messages that say real climate temperatures have not really risen to dangerous levels. Rather than try to find out why this is the case, they decided to engineer methods to keep all opposing viewpoints from being argued while covering real data with false data to match their own desired “results.”
The lack of any acknowledgement by the delegates at Copenhagen, and by our own President and the members of his radical leftist administration have been deafening. If this is the so-called “science” on which Obama happily bases his actions in leading our national sovereignty to slaughter in a binding treaty, without question and without the support of Congress, it is akin to an act of treason against our constitutional republic.
The Copenhagen conference is not about “man-made global warming,” it is about setting up an international, global supervisory body under UN auspices, in order to facilitate the transfer of national wealth and sovereignty from wealthy nations to the Third World. It is not about trying to save the planet, rather it is a means of controlling individual freedoms and getting your income in a global tax in order to transfer your income to bring about a lower standard of living in the developed world to match that of poor and corrupt nations. In reality, this is about punishing success and free enterprise, especially the United States.
Under the Treaty Clause in Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, the President of the United States is only empowered to make treaties with other nations only after obtaining the consent of a two-thirds supermajority of the United States Senate. This has not yet happened, nor will it before Obama goes to Copenhagen with the EPA declaration. Yet the Obama administration has indicated that the President will sign a binding treaty which will force the U.S. to commit to a twenty percent reduction in carbon emissions by 2020. Of course, the socialist European climate scammers are excited by Obama’s arrival in Copenhagen armed with bureaucratic, top-down command-style regulation rather than a legitimate mandate based on Congressional legislation. After all, they are unelected power-hungry bureaucrats who are excited to see this president doing everything in his power to literally destroy the liberty, sovereignty and power of the United States from within.
Treason, as defined in Dictionary.com, is 1. The offense of acting to overthrow one’s government or to harm or kill its sovereign. 2. A violation of allegiance to one’s sovereign or to one’s state. 3. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.
If Obama attempts to surrender our national sovereignty to an unelected bureaucracy at Copenhagen, which is openly known to be based on junk science which is founded on fraudulent data, he knows that he will undermine our economic health, military strength and standard of living, while forcing us to pay taxes to an unelected, global body where we are not represented. He knows he will be bypassing the required legislative process as defined in the U.S. Constitution, therefore trampling our guaranteed liberties and rights as citizens of the United States and protected by the U.S. Constitution. Based on the definitions as stated, I believe Obama will meet most of the definitions for treason.
If we are going to continue standing idly by while Obama’s radical left leads us down the path of intentional destruction, and we do not start peacefully speaking up to the current Administration’s total disregard for the laws set in our Constitution, then we will not survive as an independent nation much longer.
The coming House cleaning in November 2010 will go a long way toward restoring a real check on Obama’s current unbridled power.

I agree with Felix. I have said the same thing. If the Monster survives on money, you cut off the food supply and it will Die. To many people are living beyond what they can really afford. But they are happy with the pittence the Gov’t supplys. When it all comes down they will cry for Gov’t help, Right where they want you. The fight for Freedom has a flavor the meek will never know. They become subjects of those who will Rule. Most people don’t understand this, but when it hits them between the eyes it will be to late. The Gov’t is writing checks it can’t cash, all based on you paying your taxes. If you have something that important to you then fight for it. If you are Religious hope God can help you, if not then help yourself.

Im a moderate conservative, and listen to the likes of Rush, levin, hannity, oreilly and 610 am radio in my town, (bob connors and Joe reilly and corby and such). And even though they talk about politcal correctness and such and how things ought to be, there not going to change destiny..lol….And i know they cant possibly think they can..lol..Its a job and they get paid to do it…And knowing that, i take it all with a grain of salt anymore…Ive come to realize, there no better than anyone else, and there fooling themselves if they think they are…lol…Its really just entertainment like anything else…Everyone life is different and who’s to say who’s right or wrong. The otherday, i think his name is joe rielly (not even sure if i spelled his name right), but nevertheless, joe the otherday was talking about the charlie sheen incident. All he talked about was what he thought charlie supposelby makes pre episode (and dont believe everything you hear on radio or tv..lol). Hey Steve Moore, i will start reminding everyone that if your estate isnt worth somewhere between 25 to 100 or so million, its nothing to worry about……LOL…….What a friggin joke…..lol.

US GOVERNMNET DECLARES WAR……….ON THE US MIDDLE CLASS
If you think this recession/ depression happened by accident then you are a fool. The Federal reserve (which is not a government agency but a private agency which is part of a global banking system) deliberately caused the collapse in order to drive up the US national debt. It’s all part of the war on middle class. When you collapse the economy, the middle class are forced to sell their homes and assets to the filthy rich for pennies on the dollar. The rich get richer and the middle class shrinks and the poor and lower class expands.
Over the last 20 years our government has worked hard to help big business to outsource American jobs. Since big business controls the government via bribe money. They bribe the politicians and in exchange the government helps them to do whatever they want no matter how it affects the economy or the people. If you own a large business and the government recommends that you outsource to get super low wages with little to no restrictions, and pay NO TAXES yes NO TAXES, you would be crazy not to outsource. Obama says these companies will now have to start paying some taxes (too little too late). Don’t worry if you own an outsourced company,. since Big Business controls our government, they won’t let Obama have his way.
And since the internet became mainstream, it has be so much easier for companies to outsource jobs and have the corporate office’s here. And now with the internet almost anything is being outsourced. Engineering, accounting, design, technical, teaching, just about anything except labor type jobs like plumber, carpenter, janitor, etc. And you’ll notice inflation has increased because we don’t produce anything here which makes the dollar is worth much less.
The economy is like a brick wall; when you outsource you remove a brick. When you keep outsourcing and outsourcing eventually the wall collapses and the same with the economy. Since our corrupt government has no plans to stop the outsourcing, the economy will continue to worsen. To make up for lost revenue most states are raising taxes and fees on everything just like England did in the 1700’s.
The US economy will never recover and will continue to crumble unless we stand up and revolt against our corrupt government which is now completely controlled by Big business which includes the banks.
Unless we revolt like we did in 1776 and break the hold Global Big Business has on our government, the economy will continue to fall to pieces and capitalism will fall just like communism in the 80’s.

The Global corporations ( which now completely control our government) know that even if people have no jobs they will simply borrow to buy the products they need. They will sell everything they own including their souls. They will steal to get money to buy. The corporations also figure they can sell to countries that have not destroyed their economies. If they lose money, they can file bankruptcy and get the tax payer to reimburse them for their loss. Then simply reopen under a new name. They have it all planned out. They get everything, we lose everything,
Face it, both Global Big business and the Global Banks completely control our government now. They want to increase inflation and government spending. This means more interest on the national debt which means the banks own more and more of America and everything we own will soon become theirs one way or another.
This why the only answer is a total revolt to remove the infection of the Global Banks and Corps.
All members of our government must atleast be imprisoned and possibly put to death for selling us out.

The outsourcing (offshoring)of our jobs is exactly like a disease that will eventually destroy our once great nation if it is not stopped immediately. Not only have the production of almost all consumer and industrial products been outsourced, but now all types of services are being outsourced such as engineering, writing, administration, accounting, marketing, design, sales, word-processing, programming, tech support etc.
Our corrupt, careless government leaders don’t give a rat’s ass. They know their enormous pay and million dollar pensions are guaranteed. Instead of controlling inflation, They kick back and do nothing as prices skyrocket (Food, Utilities, Healthcare, Shelter, Taxes. Etc) everything up and up. All they do is laugh and vote themselves BIG pay raises instead of dealing with the problem. They don’t even care about the deficit, they’ll just continue to borrow money not only from the Federal Reserve (which is a privately owned bank not the government) but from other countries like communist China .
Face the facts, the main reason we have gone into a recession and are heading into a depression is because so many Americans are losing there jobs mainly due to the off-shoring and partly due hiring of illegal immigrants. Even people who haven’t lost there jobs yet see the jobs disappearing at an alarming rate and a worthless, lazy, corrupt, evil government who instead of stopping the outsourcing by penalizing them, they instead rewarded these multi-million dollar companies with tax breaks to encourage the offshoring.
There’s is ONLY one way to counter the recession/ depression. Reverse the outsourcing and bring the jobs back. All the government has to do is to start taxing companies that outsource and lower taxes on companies that don’t. Level the playing field. Double, triple, or even quad triple the taxes on the companies that outsource their labor. Tax them to a level that forces them to return the jobs back to this country. It’s simple as that. Use that tax money to create jobs and lower the national debt.
Why doesn’t the government do this? It’s because outsourcing helps the filthy rich get richer and that’s all our government cares about. Stopping the outsourcing means stopping the bribes and favors the politicians receive and they aren’t about to let that happen. Of course our government is now almost completely controlled by Big Business through bribes via corporate lobbyists. Many of our government leaders actually want a depression so that these business’s can turn us into helpless slaves.
Unfortunately Obama doesn’t have the balls to stand up to Big Business and the filthy rich corporations that don’t give a damn about America like he promised during his campaign.

CHEAP CRAP, HIGH PRICES
Now, pretty much every single product that’s for sale here in the US (with the temporary exception of autos) is produced in another country. Sure in the past you had a choice between American made products and imported products but no more. That’s also why the prices even on Chinese made crap has gone up. Now that Big Business with the help of our corrupt government has eliminated the competition (Almost all American made products) they can charge what ever they want and we will pay because we need these things to survive. Before it was just products but now many services are being outsourced as well.
A few months back I bought a new bathroom faucet by AMERICAN STANDARD thinking I was buying an American made product. Later I used a magnifying glass and found in teeny tiny print on the back “made in Mexico” This type of deception is encouraged not discouraged by our evil corrupt government..
If we didn’t have one of the most evil, greedy corrupt governments on the planet, they would have stopped the outsourcing a long time ago. it’s just pure greed encouraged by our goddamn piece of shit government who’s ONLY goal is to help the GLOBAL BIG BUSINEESS and the filthy rich get richer. They don’t care how many hundreds of millions of Americans that are being forced into poverty, all that matters is increasing profits for the filthy rich$$$$ by sucking the working class dry.

WHY ARE OVER HALF THE CHILDREN IN AMERICA NOW ON FOOD STAMPS?
On the front page of the Daily News the other day, I read that over 50% of the children in America are now on food stamps. Even more stunning is 90% of African American kids are now on food stamps.
Why, two reasons:. First massive unemployment and a worthless piece of shit government that doesn’t give a damn about anything except helping the filthy rich get richer so that they can get their bribes and kickbacks.
Now that Global Big business completely controls our government through bribes via corporate lobbyists, they don’t want any more jobs created in this country because it would compete with all the foreign markets. Global Big Business says “fuck the American people, we plan to offshore every Goddamn American job and there is nothing the American people can do about it because we now completely control the US federal government so ha ha”
Second, many people that have jobs can’t afford to feed their children because the cost of living in this country is so Goddamn ridiculously high. This is due to all the constant inflation caused by our lazy worthless government constantly increasing the nation debt with wasteful spending and bullshit give a ways. The higher it gets, the higher inflation gets as the dollar is then worth less.
Our shit eating government says they would rather pay the entire country food stamps, welfare , government housing, unemployment and so rather than create jobs or help keep the jobs from offshoring. Why, because that’s what Global Big Business wants and they control our government now so get it through your thick heads. Most of corrupt government leaders don’t really care how high the national debt gets as long as they get their bribes and kick backs from Global Big Business and the Global banks that actually want the national to go up so they can get more interest and eventually own the US (and everything that we own)
But again remember…..Its all in revelations……And thats all you need to know….

Charismatic leaders (Obama) seem to put a spell over the people. As Americans, we seem to vote for Presidents who are like Moses. To do the impossible, rebellion against the yoke of bondage (debt, crime, joblessness, education, health insurance, etc.). In addition, to lead us out of the Debt Sea, into the Promised Land, Democracy/The American Dream. The Obama regime is accountable for the crimes inflicted upon the American people. Otherwise welfare, warfare and health insurance programs will drain us. It will cause anarchy and strife therefore allowing Communism/Socialism to take over. Joblessness is rising. Basic skills we can share and barter with others is what we may need to do. The real revelation will be when the Federal Government takes control of the public schools. Recent news shows Detroit, MI will close over 40 schools/Kansas City will close more than 20 schools.
