If Berg is so concerned and consumed with the concepts associated with “what is Constitutional, and what is Un-Constitutional”, then why is he a member of the “Bar Association”. Anybody who spends a little research time will discover the completely UN-Constitutional realm in which each and every Bar Association member operates. And thus, they suck us into the criminal activities of the Bar Association each and every minute of each and every day. If Berg was for real, he would address the issues concerning Sotoros eligibility and associated procedural criminal violations,(and all of those whom conspired along with sotoro, and all of those who are without doubt guilty of “NEGLECT TO PREVENT”)under the redress of greivances. Estoppel” was created whan Sotoro was sanctioned and made ligitimate by the Democrats, the republicans and all of those in the States that did not do thier homework on Sotoro, “ESPECIALLY WHEN CONSIDERING THEY ALL WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FACTS ASSOCIATED WITH SOTOROS NOT MEETING THE STANDARDS FOR PRESIDENTIAL ELLIGIBILITY”. The Bar Association is the problem in this country, and now Berg will lead everyone into a completely Quasi realm, which will only end up where Bar Association Members it must end up. What a joke this is, we do not need a court(s) to tell us what the findings are and the then appropriate procedures to deal with those findings. Wake up you fools, Berg is a typical Bar Association member, leading you all down a false path that can, and will, only result in what benifits the Elite and the Bar association members. The American people will never be allowed to receive the actual damages (in USD) that are actually in the law for all of the crimes being comitted by these evil people.

What in the world are you talking about? In order to practice law, you must be licensed. Just like your electrician, plumber, roofer, etc. are required to be licensed by the state agencies. Otherwise, if caught, you go straight to jail.
Being licensed through a state agency has nothing to do with the U.S. Constitution. The State Bars are required to ensure the attorneys licensed by them are following all the laws, rules and regulations – again, nothing to do with the U.S. Constitution.
