(Lafayette Hill, PA – 02/03/10) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States announces “Birth Certificate March on Washington” demanding Obama resign as President as he is “Constitutionally ineligible” to be President.
Berg is requesting all citizens of the United States to email, fax or mail a “copy” of their Birth Certificate that will be presented to Obama demanding that Obama resign because he has failed to produce his long form [vault] Birth Certificate to show he is “Constitutionally eligible” to be President.
Berg related an email he received. A woman from Texas told me she registered her thirteen [13] year old nephew for school. When registration was finished, her nephew asked the Principal, “Can I ask you a question?” The Principal said, “Yes.” Her nephew said, “How come I had to show my Birth Certificate to register for school, but Obama did not have to show his to be President ?”
Berg said, “That email motivated me to continue to expose Obama for the fraud he is !”
Berg continued, “Since the Courts are taking their time to get to the point of allowing ‘Discovery,’ it is time to motivate the citizens of the United States for a ‘Peaceful Revolution’ to expose the ‘HOAX’ of Obama, the biggest ‘HOAX’ in the history of our country, in over 230 years !”

Mr. Obama definitely needs to be challenged on his birth certificate! However, I’m very concerned about faxing a copy of my personal birth certificate ANYWHERE for fear of what it may be used for.
As a genaeologist, I can tell you that it has become very difficult to get a copy of anyone’s birth certificate unless you are their parent (and can prove it) or have a valid legal reason (which you also must prove).

The purpose of the birth certificate is to march in front of the White House waving said document as a result of every agency in the United States requiring a certified copy of a birth certificate from us. Unlike the rest of us, Soetoro/Obama does not feel this requirement is applicable to him, which of course, we believe is due to the fact he can’t produce one.
As for the faxing of the document, all information should be “blacked” out except a name. Parents names, hospital, date of birth, place of birth, etc…should be marked out.
We certainly do not want anyone uncomfortable, nor do we want the wrong hands to obtain anyone’s documentation.
Again, the main purpose is to conduct the march with the document in hand, and to represent folks who were unable to attend the march.

I have had to obtain copies of all 3 of my childrens birth certificates in order for them to play select sports. I went to the County Office, went to the window, paid my $10.00 per copy, and had a copy of their birth certificate within minutes. I was told the original copy was not available to me and was on file at the state capitol in my home state.
If it is okay for Harry Reid to call Obama a light skinned black guy, is it okay for me to refer to Obama as a dark skinned white guy?

Clear up false impressions: Barack Obama was born Aug. 4, 1961, at the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hawaii does not have a short-form or long-form certificate. The Hawaiian director of health has confirmed that the state has Obama’s original birth certificate on record in compliance with state policies and procedures. All this is public record.
Moreover, this certificate is clearly displayed on the Internet.
All lawsuits to disqualify the president have been dismissed by the Supreme Court.

It’s probably a good idea to set up a registration page for people who are wishing to attend. On this page, you should have a donations section, to raise money to ensure shuttle buses and train fares are supplied to all who wish to attend.
The website will help people guage the size of the movement, and the more people they see signed on, the more they will feel that they too should register to protest.
It’s time to get serious, and not do this in a half hearted manner. Make sure the people know that you are willing to help get them to the event, that they will be fed at the event, and that they will have protection at the event, ie, hiring of your own security forces to ensure your saftey (never been done before in a protest, and I have never heard any laws suggesting this is illegal).
Think smarter, Mr Berg, not harder. What you need is;-
1)Registration of interest website, detailing time, place, and collection of donations for transport, security, and refreshments/hotdogs.
2)Logistics team to put together the event security strategy, the distribution of information, and transportation.
3)Unemployed volunteers to keep the people refreshed with water and hotdogs. They don’t have to be unemployed, but unemployed people have more time to share right now.
4)Respected members of the community, to talk at the event, such as ex politicians, and business owners. They must show clearly why Obama’s presidency is not qualified, and why it is more than dangerous to the American people.
If build it they will come………….

I think a rally with security is a good idea. Please do not assume unemployed people have more time to share. I am unemployed and my main job is to take care of myself/my home and seek employment. Everything about the Obama regime is a joke. I will not watch him or Christmas specials about them.

The color I am concerned with is the color green (US currency). The government is already depleting our money. Obama is not the first Black president just because he looks Black. He should know this since his sister is a teacher of History or Government. The US government knows this because when Warren G. Harding was running for president the issue of race/color was discussed but he was not dark in color. People should stop assuming this is a racial issue. This is a Constitutional issue. There is a lot of work to be done, that is why a date has not been announced as of yet. Mr. Berg is working with another individual putting the march together. They have to obtain permits, they need to set up the meeting grounds, security – if required, and much more. They are working diligently on getting these things done for a date. If the US Government cannot put me in debtor’s prison or enslave me. To fine me for not accepting Federal Mandated Health Insurance would be illegal.
