as i understand the obama – dunham relationship, they never resided together. thus what would have been the basis for her travelling to kenya to give birth? in other words there seems to have only been a sexual relationship rather than a truly conjugal or domestic relationship between barack and ann.

The Soetoro v. Soetoro divorce as well as the Obama v. Obama divorce were both filed in Hawaii.
We are not familiar with any type of evidence that Ann Dunham went to British Columbia to have Soetoro/Obama, not Sure where you located that.
We believe that Soetoro/Obama was born in Kenya and his birth was registered in Hawaii under the name of Barack H. Obama, Jr.
When Soetoro/Obama was born, you are correct, Ann Dunham was not old enough to pass on U.S. “natural born” citizenship status. Again, we believe his birth was registered in Hawaii and he would have only been registered as a U.S. “naturalized” citizen. Soetoro/Obama was only eligible for U.S. “naturalized” citizenship if born outside of the U.S. and/or U.S. territory.
I’m not sure where you obtained that Obama/Dunham never lived together. They resided together, the trip to Kenya was for Dunham to meet Obama’s parents and family.

i got the information about the british columbia story and the obamas’ domestic relationship from an article by someone using the pseudonym of lame cherry….it was a rather tortured bit of prose but thought maybe fragments of truth accidentally slipped in…i didn’t buy the bc angle but thought maybe there was some truth to the domestic relatioship elements….sounds like no…probably another lame cia fabrication…

Good analogy. Soetoro and Dunham were married in Hawaii. As for the language, according to Soetoro/Obama’s book “Dreams from my father“, his mother worked with him on English and his studies every morning. I have heard that he speaks several languages, but have not been able to verify that. In fact, it is my understanding that after the marriage between Soetoro and Dunham, Soetoro had to leave suddenly (this is confirmed in “Dreams from my Father“) due to the expiration of his passport. That is why Dunham and Soetoro/Obama did not leave for Indonesia for a couple of months later.
Soetoro/Obama could have regained any U.S. citizenship status he once held upon turning 18 and by the age of 21. However, that would have entailed him to send a sworn affidavit to the Indonesian Government relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship, which he never did, and then going through the U.S. States Department to reclaim any U.S. citizenship status he once held, which he also failed to do. Thus, he to this day is an illegal immigrant.

That is what you and I THINK happened. It would make sense. But we don’t have any hard copy proof of that.
I believe that between 18 & 21 Obama reclaimed his Kenyan citizenship however there is evidence someone named “Saetoro” from Indonesia started at Occidental College the same year Obama allegedly did. So his application as a “Foreign Student” could have been for Indonesia.

I talked briefy to Mr. Berg on the phone today,(3-3-10). Wanted to personally thank him for his courage and refusal to give up on this issue. It is so obvious that something is badly wrong with Barry’s eligibility. The thing that infuriates me the most is the refusal of the media, including Fox News and their talking heads, to cover the issue. I have sent numerous e-mails to Beck and O’Reilly. The most recent ones asking them to please have Mr. Berg on their TV show. Beck and O’Reilly aren’t stupid, they know something is wrong wih Obama’s eligibility, yet the only way they will touch the subject is to mock and/or ridicule those with the courage to ask for an investigation. They are afraid to have Mr. Berg on because they know he will make them both look like the know-nothings they are on this issue.
I heard that orders from the top, forbade the Fox hosts to persue this birther issue. Strange indeed. Perhaps Fox was threatened with dire consequences, who knows. Look what happened to Lou Dobbs. Not only the birth certificate thing, but all the rest of Obama’s bonafides are ‘off limits’, what?????? I don’t really even need to know any of that now, but I can’t wait to see it happen. Obama has proven himself through his policies, and all those people he has appointed, all we need to know about his ‘loyalties’. It was rather clever of him to tie up Hillary. This would have to be more fully investigated. Why would this person decide to post this on the Internet instead of taking it to a U.S. Congressman who could present it to Congress? Why not take it to the FBI or Secret Service and seek immunity from the crime, which if true, he was fully complicit in? Why all of a sudden? Do these people really exist?
These are just a couple of questions I have off the top of my head, so until these statements can be verified and checked out, I would not hang my hat on it.
I beleive that the BO issue will hinge on the Health Care Bill. The Dems put him in because of his oratory ability, and if it dosen’t work the Bus will come. The denials will start and he will leave the country under scruitiny. The whole Dem. Govt. is based on this one issue Once enacted it will be hard to change because the Dems. rely on the poor vote. Once given what they cannot attain themselves they will support the Dems.
This Chanise Foxx person, if she can be documented and proven would be stupid to go any place but the internet or media. The congress and or legal authortories would cover it up. They would then have direct control over the issue as they do now. She would not have immunity but threats to go silent. Could she be a diversion so as to keep this issue where it is? We will see.

Has anyone considered taking a trip to Indonesia to examine legal Soetoro records there? Or perhaps a contact from Kenya can talk to the grandmother again. I just don’t understand how B.O. can legally have all his records sealed here. Whatever happened to the “Freedom of Information Act.”
There is also protection of privacy. However, an official agency such as a court, prosecutor or Congressional or legislative committee should be able to subpoena custodians of records to gain access to them. Some stateside records might disclose Indonesian records or an Indonesian citizenship status that has been covered up by corrupt destruction or sequestration of records in Indonesia.
It has been estimated that 20 – 25% of Indonesia’s gross domestic product is graft. Obama might be currently paying off Indonesian officials for their complicity in destroying or hiding evidence of his Indonesian citizenship, at great cost to America’s treasury and national interests.

If an official agency with subpoena power would uncover the original Obama birth certificate, it will probably confirm Obama was a natural born citizen at the time of his birth. BTW, he does not have a black parent; the parental names on the COLB were taken from an amended birth certificate reflecting an adoption. Genetic material should also be subpoenaed, to confirm Obama is indeed the person whose birth was certified. Obama probably is the son of a Caucasian father and a native Hawai’ian mother, from whom he inherits his warm mahogany complexion.
The real issue is whether Obama lost U.S. citizenship. Proper investigation of this question requires extensive discovery of facts and documents, as well as comprehensive analysis of U.S., foreign and international laws. Official agencies such as Congress and state legislatures, with powers to subpoena and require sworn testimony and access to law enforcement and intelligence sources, and authority to take action on the findings or submit findings to agencies that can take such action.
For example, it should be noted that states elect the President; each state appoints electors as determined by its legislature. U.S. Const. Art. II Sec. 1. Each state should investigate whether Obama was on the ballot fraudulently and how a recurrence of such fraud can be prevented in future. Each state that appointed electors pledged to Obama should consider whether to rescind those appointments for fraud.
This is a grievous lapse in performance of American officials: The failure of each state legislature, and Congress, to launch exhaustive investigations into Obama’s birth and possible loss of U.S. citizenship (if, as I expect, the original birth certificate and genetic analysis confirm natural born citizenship at birth and exclude Obama as a ringer).
It’s not merely a case of the original birth certificate confirming eligibility or ineligibility. Confirming eligibility at birth simply shows the need to determine whether Obama lost citizenship thereafter, with all the burdens that entails.
I suspect that Indonesian officials covered up Obama’s Indonesian citizenship for enormous valuable consideration, including U.S. space contracts to Indonesian interests at prodigious cost to American taxpayers, technology and military security.
This could be the gravest scandal in America’s history. The republic itself could be at risk.

No Ann1, your very wrong. The State Department has never said anything nor has the State Department ever filed anything with the Court.
Of course Obama was not a citizen of Indonesia because his legal name back then was Soetoro! Why is he hiding his citizenship, medical, and college transcript records? Why, because something isn’t right. Hopefully, Phil Berg can find out and settle this once and for all!
