What this particular thread means is that the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit denied Mr. Berg’s appeal – so we are appealing the decision to the United States Supreme Court as we see some conflicting statements in the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit’s opinion.
In other words, we believe the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is wrong on the basis they used.
Was this denial from a panel of judges or a single judge and could you indicate the name(s)??

I have followed Mr. Berg’s case since before the Democratic Convention here in Denver, and I have contributed as I could along the way. I would regret very much if this appeal has been decided against.

Today is Wednesday, January 20, 2010. Could you tell me where these matters stand. Are there cases pending before the Supreme Court that will require Obama to provide proof of where he was born? I have seen documents of his youth indicating he was a citizen of Indonesia (I believe), and I have heard that he received aid at Occidental College as a foreign student. Can any of this be verified?
