I was wondering if the national archives can take steps to preserve the precious Obama BC – it is one of the most expensive documents in possession of the public archives – we don’t want it damage or something.
I wrote about it here http://www.bigbureaucracy.com/?p=897

I went to http://www.factcheck.org and looked at the “certificate of live birth” and looked at the raised seal. This seal DOES NOT look like a seal from the State of Hawaii. If it is not a seal fro mthe state of Hawaii, is Mr. Berg going to sue http://www.factcheck.org? I believe their address is: FactCheck.org
    Annenberg Public Policy Center
    320 National Press Building
    Washington, D.C. 20045

      Glenn,

What also strikes me odd is the placement of the seal itself on the document. If you have ever been to a Notary public who uses the crimp style seal, then you can see there would be no way a crimp style seal could affix the actual seal where it is located on the factcheck.org image.

    • Paralegal says:

      Glen,

The problem is we cannot prove who created the document. Factcheck would simply state “well we received it from Obama’s campaign office, and we believed it to be geniune” and, then everyone in the campaign office would deny it. Mr. Berg being a civil litigator cannot prosecute criminally, only County, State and U.S. prosecutors can do that.

We have submitted the forgery reports with Mr. Berg’s cases to the Court’s.

Quick question – usually the issuer of a document is the one that determines whether or not it is a forgery. Has the State of Hawaii come out and said whether or not this document is a forgery? Until they say so, the default position should be that it is legitimate.

    • Paralegal says:

      Proud Independent,

Again, without the original document, no one, not Hawaii, not our Government, no one can say that the image is a legitimate document. Same goes for a document taken into Hawaii, if there are not initials, a receipt, then they can not say for certain that the document is legitimate and came from their agency.

The Republican governor of Hawaii has stated she has seen and verifed the document that proves that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii when he says he was.

That said, she refuses to release the documents she sites. Who the hell knows?

  5. Vince says:

My gut feeling is that he was born in Kenya. Why would the paternal grandmother said that she was present in the delivery room when he was born? And, furthermore, a blood test or DNA testing should be performed to determine who the real father is. It could be that Frank Marshall Davis is the real father.
