Very sorry to hear that the appeal was dismissed. I think our country will rue the day that lies/truth are so intermingled that the citizens are just ill with their insanity. They have no idea how upset the people are with the terrible crimes that happened at Fort Hood. They may not care, but the people sure do.
Why isn’t the supreme court justice using the check and balance system that is the basis of our country, not to be undermined. Now after watching Obama, for almost a year, I do believe that from some of his actions that he has so intelligently acted upon, he is absolutely apart of a Al qaida or some other radical group who is working from within Americas government. I think Al qaida learned this after 911, and that was their whole reason to bring down the twin towers, in order to bring down our economy so America would fall like the Soviet Union. One question. How did he receive so much money during his campaign for Presidency? He collected more than any one in history. I agree, Joseph. The tactics are the same – trying to destroy our country by destroying our economy. Now they’ve infiltrated our government, and, unless the 2008 election was rigged, 52% of voters were gullible enough to vote him in. His true nature was obvious from the very beginning. The State of Hawaii will not release Obama’s birth records to anyone but the registrant or a descendant of the registrant. Well what about Scott Brown? He has been said to be a relative of Obama’s? Couldn’t he ask for the information and receive it? It has been said that there are no requirements to turn over birth certificates to prove eligibility for President. But this is the highest civil servant position in the land and I know that all who wish to get a civil service position must prove their citizenship. So what is the problem?

I would also like to ask those that are going to DC May 29th to carry signs supporting the state of Arizona for the immigration bill our Governor signed which is just a state law backing a federal law already in effect. Enough is enough and we need to let our government know laws are laws and if broken you pay the consequences. Obama is not above the law and should be forced to abide by them. Shame on our government for allowing this to happen. What if we all start breaking the laws!!! We would go to jail/prison. Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.
Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.
“It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race,” Ryan, 44, said in a statement. “What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play.”
Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was “truly outrageous” that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.

RB, unfortunately, we have been unable to verify the story you are referencing in the AP regarding Kenyan Born. It appears that article is a “spoof” article.
Please consider supporting the hr 1503 bill. Even if we win in the courts we should have a mechanism to up hold Article 2. Section 1.
