Very sorry to hear that the appeal was dismissed. I think our country will rue the day that lies/truth are so intermingled that the citizens are just ill with their insanity. They have no idea how upset the people are with the terrible crimes that happened at Fort Hood. They may not care, but the people sure do.
Why isn’t the supreme court justice using the check and balance system that is the basis of our country, not to be undermined. The State of Hawaii will not release Obama’s birth records to anyone but the registrant or a descendant of the registrant. Well what about Scott Brown? He has been said to be a relative of Obama’s? Couldn’t he ask for the information and receive it? It has been said that there are no requirements to turn over birth certificates to prove eligibility for President. But this is the highest civil servant position in the land and I know that all who wish to get a civil service position must prove their citizenship. So what is the problem?

I would also like to ask those that are going to DC May 29th to carry signs supporting the state of Arizona for the immigration bill our Governor signed which is just a state law backing a federal law already in effect. Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.
Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.
“It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race,” Ryan, 44, said in a statement. “What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play.”

I have found something interesting which I think you should look into. In 1981 there was the Brink’s robbery where the Weathermen got together with the Black Panthers and robbed a security van. Several people,policemen among them, were killed in this robbery. They caught some and I want to draw your attention to ONE particular case. A black guy called Nathaniel Burns was arrested and convicted and is serving a life sentence. The attorney that was televised on ABC News on the 14th of Dec 2010, representing the argument against Mr. Obama’s Honolulu birth claim, was woefully unprepared and going to blow it for everyone. So yes, from what I witnessed, am pissed off. I have posted numerous detailed comments pertaining to this birth subject on several news sites for having lived in Hawai`i for ~20 years, and am very disappoint with this particular person’s fundamental lack of knowledge regarding Hawai`i. That he was so ill prepared to address the distraction points being shared by the guest from Hawai`i. To be so damn arrogant, perhaps in truth at current, personally not able and the most suited person to take this argument to the next level, to eventually be successful at representing the position in a convincing manner. To let ego get in the way of winning the case. A person that desperately needs to start acting and thinking more like a team member for the cause, and not just some rogue patriot that has the means to challenge the status quo, but also at the same time, waste this precious and maybe single opportunity to victoriously complete the task at hand.

Has anyone thought of checking the aviation records and customs records for Hawaii for the time frame just before and after the birth of Obama? There has to be customs records of when his mother entered Hawaii, flight manifest, passenger manifest etc. These records must exist and if it can be established that she entered Hawaii after his birth date that would be conclusive.
It shouldn’t be that hard to sort out what airline she would have used to return to Hawaii at that time. What route she took, what flight, the date it arrived, passenger manifest, was she traveling with an infant?

I heard Mr. Berg on the Coast To Coast radio show and thought I’d drop by the web site. The info here is compelling, but also so scattered and unfocused on the two websites (this one and Obamacrimes) that it is difficult to follow and thus not easily pursued.
Perhaps a home page with a brief and narrowly focused text which offered links to documented assertions would be beneficial.
Something along the lines of, “I am attorney Philip Berg. What follows is the sum of my investigation and legal challenges to the citizenship, and thus presidency, of the man we know as Barrack Obama.”
After that, then launch into a narrative timeline that includes links to each document or fact alleged. For example, the certified document about Obama’s birth (but which isn’t the actual certificate), would be linked right from the text and a facsimile of it would open in a new browser window.
Perhaps a separate column, highlighted news box or a new web page could offer the most recent events and news but keep it separate from the text making the case.
You may very well be on the right tract, but if a web site visitor had to plow through the site just to get the basics, you risk losing them.
These are just a few suggestions being offered so that the websites can increase their appeal and by default, their impact.
For me, the importance of Obama’s legal legitimacy falls far below the question of the price America will have to pay to bring all of this into Constitutional focus. I believe that any serious legal challenge to Obama’s perceived god-like leadership will create enormous violence and social disruption. The Rule of Law has largely collapsed in America anyway, and an effort to unseat Obama or limit his powers will result in chaos unlike the world has seen since 1935-1945. Are we actually prepared to go that far? I don’t believe the American people have nearly the political backbone for it. Sorry, folks. The jig is up for the good ol’ U.S.A. Too bad. It was great while it lasted.

Former state Health Director Chiyome Fukino has said several times she has personally inspected President Obama’s birth certificate twice. Why would she look at the same one twice?
